ElfBar Vapes Rebranded as EBDesign: What You Need to Know

Vapers who enjoy the popular BC5000 vape line may have noticed a recent change. Effective immediately, the line will be rebranded as EBDesign. The change comes after a trademark infringement dispute with VPR Brands, the makers of a 510-cart vaporizer named ELF.

VPR Brands CEO Kevin Frija alleged that Elf Bar Disposables were hurting sales of VPR's ELF vaporizer, and demonstrated through trademark filings that they had legal rights to the name ELF. Judge Cannon from the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida granted VPR's motion for a preliminary injunction in the ongoing dispute, which means that Shenzhen Weiboli and all their affiliates can no longer advertise, market, or sell the BC5000 vapes under the old brand name.

It will take a few weeks for the rebranded EBDesign BC5000 vapes to become available in the US, as the company needs to update literature and boxes before shipping. In the meantime, vapers can use a quick reference chart to find the corresponding Lost Mary disposable vapes that use the same juice and flavors as the BC5000s.

Vapers may even find that the Lost Mary disposable vapes offer an upgrade in flavor, as they use newer technology and better mesh coils. The Lost Mary OS5000 was an upgrade from the BC5000, and the Lost Mary MO5000 improved on the OS5000.

If you're a fan of the BC5000 vapes, don't worry - the same great flavors and devices will still be available under the new EBDesign branding. Stay tuned for updates on the arrival of the rebranded vapes, and subscribe to our vape newsletter for the latest news.
